I am for the building of the Uintah Basin railway. It will open up jobs for a sparsely populated area of the country. It will also help pay the maintenance of the ex-Rio Grande Railroad which is currently underused. The USA will always run on oil so please be pro! Thank you. Retired engineer Jim Pallow
