To Whom it may Concern, I have lived in the Uintah Basin my entire life and so has my dad, all of my siblings are also still here. We all have spent a lot of our lives traveling out of town for work, just so we can live where we want to live and raise or families. Bringing rail into the basin could provide us some opportunities to make a living close to home and continue to raise our families here I am 110% for it!!
