The Uintah Basin has been struggling economically for a long time. We need some stability and growth here to sustain all of our people and more people that will come with the railroad moving forward bringing some new life and hope into our economy. Failure to move forward with this would be a mistake hurting the people in the basin and further extending our drought for a a sustainable economy.
