I firmly believe this project will serve as driver of economic diversity for Helper. The ESI process serves as a measure of confidence in proactively protecting the environment while simultaneously allowing for industry growth. As a struggling rural community, the impact of the rail project cannot be underestimated. This effort would be a win-win for the community, for industry and for the protection of the environment.
