in my opinion, the proposed Railway to serve the Uintah Basin offers multiple use hauling of commodities, products and will address a wide verity of needs particular to The Uintah Basin. I am 100% on board (no pun intended)in favor of this project. I believe the coalition has engaged in many studies, recognized and acknowledged the demands of regulations in order to identify the most environmentally low impact route. I'm excited to see this project begun and come to full fruition.
