While there are legitimate concerns over the routes, construction, and operation of the railway, I believe it is in our best interest to move forward with this project. This may not be the end-all solution for the Basin, but it is a step in the right direction. The regulations and mitigation measures in place will help to lessen the possibilities and impacts of incidents. Thank you, John Bruch
