I am in favor of the proposed railroad. The Uintah basin need to develop a more diverse economy. I know the primary reason for the railroad is the oil industry and hope this will help the extraction industry become more stable in the basin. I also believe the railroad will help the basin expand and diversify its economy in other areas.
