Please choose the no-action alternative for the proposed Uinta Basin Railway. I've lived in Utah for 20 years and I highly value the Tavaputs Plateau's natural areas and wildlife. The railway project will surely degrade this special area of Utah. I am also concerned about the project's contribution to the atmosphere's CO2 burden. It is way past time to take climate disruption seriously. Please choose the no-action alternative.
