Hello. I'm calling because I heard that you're accepting comments until January 28th. My name is and my number is 360-584-7083. As a resident of Utah, I feel strongly that the 10,000 acres of habitat for migratory wildlife and endangered species and the further endangerment of everyone due to climate change is pretty dire and the existence of this oil train is directly detrimental to that. So I just wanted to cast my vote and leave my comments with you saying that I don't support this and I would like to see it stopped.
