I call my grandparents cabin my second home. I have spent much of my life there, even before I was born I was spending time in this beautiful place. It is my favorite place in the whole world, my little piece of heaven if you will. I have grown up here and I hope to one day raise my children here so they too can enjoy this beautiful and peaceful part of our world. If the railroad is built here it will destroy this great place. All the people and the animals that call this canyon home will lose our resources that make this place so great. We use the natural springs for water and all the animals and plants will lose a major source of their much needed water. This railroad would be very close to my grandparents cabin and listening to the trains going back and forth every day and feeling them shake the ground around us could easily cause damage to our cabin and the other surrounding cabins. We are a family here in Argyle Canyon and we will continue to fight against this railroad. We are protecting our homes and our families legacies. Putting the railroad here would destroy our canyon. Consider the all the lives that this railroad would negatively affect and how much you would not want this monstrosity going through your backyard because thats exactly what it feels like. If its not already clear, I am AGAINST this railroad.
