I drive the 40 highway a lot, and every time I do I can count 50 oil trucks every time sometimes even more. And that is from Heber to the tabby turn off. Which is only 35 minutes, I can only estimate how many trucks travel the 40 in a 24 hour day. I want the railway to be built. Please consider the safety of the people traveling the only road that connects the basin with Wasatch front
