Comment EI-30331

Received or sent (printed as 9/3/2019)

To Whomever It May Concern: I grew up in Vernal and still earn my living as a geologist drilling wells in the Uinta Basin. We have always struggled to get products into the Basin and move anything out. Highway 40 has gotten terribly congested with oil trucks and general freighting. A railroad would be a huge help to get better rates on material we import for our business and to move our product out, plus our highways would be safer and suffer less wear and tear. I fully support the route advocated by the Seven County Commission and the builders (Rio Grande). Please feel free to call me, I'd be happy to talk about it. Riley
