To whom it may concern, I am writing this letter in hopes of getting someone to look at different options for the railway that will be less impactful for the area, wildlife and community as a whole. In researching the different routes and impact on the local area there are several other options that would be sufficient and satisfy both parties. Much of the current property is preserving wildlife and continuing family legacies. Please look into other options that will not violate the land and property owners' rights. "Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." I know a quote from Dr. Seuss might sound cheesy, but it is most likely something you are familiar with. I, we as a community are trying to find a more common ground so that both parties can progress without doing causing harm to the area, wildlife and community. I asks that you look into other options that better support both parties. Thank you for your time. Best, Chantel & Andrew Herrera
