To Whom it May Concern, With regards to the Uinta Basin Railway project, the value of what this project will bring to the quality of life and helping improve our transportation needs is beyond what we can fathom at this time. For myself, working in the transportation industry, I see every day how vital additional forms of transportation for our people and goods is to our region. We are constantly striving to improve our quality of life here in the Uinta Basin, and the key to that is improving our transportation and connectivity to the outside markets. We see time and time again the ups and downs of various industries, and we feel it more deeply than other areas that do not have to deal with the transportation issues we deal with. I would highly recommend to the Surface Transportation Board that we press forward with this project and the necessary steps to see this come to fruition. I am happy to add additional comments as needed regarding the necessity of this additional infrastructure for our region. As for the quality of life for the residents of the Uinta Basin, this project will bring many great opportunities to our citizens and generations to come. Thank you.
