What about the old railroad grade from wats dragon over the top it has already been established. I don't care how we get it to vernal just get it hear. Just a thought since it was already there isn't it historical and just rejuvenation of a historical site the grade from their to vernal wold not be a hard one and is in the oil field not going through private property to stop all the complaints of that
