I own 28.5 acres on Argyle Ridge directly between the two proposed Utah routes. I've worked on my little slice of heaven for nearly 30 years planning for retirement and have been looking forward to the peace and quiet it affords. Currently the only noise I hear is the wind in the pines and the bugling of elk - just the way I like it. I cannot imagine a rail line in either of the UT locations disrupting the lives of thousands of individuals like me who crave solitude in this crazy world of ours. In addition to the noise and air pollution I have a huge concern over wildfires sparked by trains as well as accidents involving hazardous materials - both of which would most certainly disrupt the lives of the property owners, their friends and families and those of countless wildlife - not to mention the disruption ofground water and the beautiful flora and fauna in both Indian Canyon and Wells Draw. Please have it within your hearts to put a stop to the proposed Utah routes - we would truly appreciate it. If the rail line must proceed please steer it towards the Craig route - we would truly appreciate it - thanks for listening. Most sincerely - Todd J. Ness
