Railway crosses and follows existing canal main lines and farm laterals. Here and other crossings to the east and west. Who would be responsible for the lose of crops if any of these lines were to break? Concerned what the noise, vibration, and dust will do to the calves in feedlot so within 200ft. Also what this will do to the mares and colts in pasture that the railway will go though.
