I appreciate the efforts you are making to improve the transportation of goods from the Uintah Basin. I wholeheartedly support the efforts to increase the economic viability of the Basin and also to have the great alternative to the current "trucking" of goods from the basin. Your proposal is well thought out and will be a boon to the entire state.
