Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the scoping meetings; however, after significant review and research, I think this project would greatly benefit the Utah and associated properties. This shows great signs of a successful economy with further growth and development. It opens up opportunities for skilled and temporary labor in the basin. It adds value to the properties for both commercial and residential lands. It would facilitate commercial transportation of goods across the state and even help decrease commercial loads on local highways. Utah has a lot of wonderful minerals that are non accessible and this project could certainly facilitate their access.
