I strongly support the proposed railway for the route that is supported by the Seven County Infrastructure Coalition for all of the reasons stated by that coalition. In brief, it will make the economic activity in the basin more productive and thus more competitive. The benefits clearly outweigh the disadvantages, as this important project can be carried out in a way that minimizes any potential negative impact to the environment.
