I one hundred percent support the Uinta Basin Railway proposal. It is very difficult living in an area with such wide economic fluctuations and limited job opportunities when the economy is struggling. I know that a careful process is taken to consider environmental factors and other important considerations and believe this is what this area needs to have any chance of surviving in the long term. I do understand why property owners may be opposed or at least upset by this prospect and I believe they need to be fairly compensated, above the value to account for the value they are losing. The interest of a few, however, is not more important than the interest of the larger population and viability of our economic survival. Thank you for your consideration.
