Attention: Environmental Filing, Docket No. FD 36284 As a citizen who lives in Utah, I am writing cast a "No" vote on Environmental Filing, Docket No. FD36284. Our money and investment of time and resources needs to be spent on processes that leads us to a future with better air quality and sustainable jobs. Spending 1.2 - 1.4 billion on an oil/gas project that depends on railroad and its subsequent additional pollution is a giant step backwards. This is not in the best interest of Utah nor an investment in our future. Use the 1.2 billion to invest in education of people for retraining for new jobs and developing new technologies.
