The Uinta basin needs the rail to help with the transportation of out oil and gas in the basin. I feel it would keep the trucks going to the refinery in the city at a minimum but yet keep them busy out in the oil fields transferring to the rail. This not only would be an economic boost for the economy but also a safety factor by limiting the truck traffic going to the city. Thank you Layne Bess Senior Driver Enervest operating 435-724-3570
