I support the Uinta Basin Railway project. I have lived in the Uintah Basin most of my life. It is a beautiful place with unique resources. I am a little mixed about the rail project. I don't want the small town atmosphere to disappear, but at the same time, our children leave town because of a lack of work. I see the railway as a way to utilize the great resources in the Uintah Basin. I would like to see that economic sustainability come for future generations so they can support their families and not have to move in order to do so.
