I am a local to the Uintah Basin, I was born and raised in Lapoint Utah and have a lot of family that have had and still work in the oil industry here locally and other states as well. I believe that this rail could widen the opportunities for not only the oil and gas industry but other avenues as well such as, helping get cattle out of here or even the hay we see traveling in and out of here frequently. I'm a full supporter in having this rail system into our home town so that maybe it will help create stability in the working environment for future generations. The ups and downs of the oil industry is scarce and I feel like the rail may bring in some other industries to our region. Thank you for your time sincerely Wayland Hackford
