The Uintah basin is one of the few places left in the country that is one hundred miles away from the nearest interstate or rail..It would be nice to compete with the rest of the country to ship our goods. Oil is the life blood of the uintah basin, if we can't move it we will never change.We need a stable economy, and if this will help then I say let's do it..
