The only people that will ever benefit are the ones drawing salaries from the 7 county coalition. They will use the CIB money for salaries and legal fees. Instead of what it was intended for. They don't want solutions they want problems so they can pretend to seek answers and drag out grant money. The only thing you can guarantee will go on the rail is oil, period. You can put the oil in pipe for a 1/10 of the cost and even less environmental impact. Drive to Craig Colorado, they are a coal town. They have a rail, coal is taking a hit the economy is hurting. There sits a magical railway and it hasn't performed any miracles or saved any jobs. Railway fixes nothing put the oil in pipe and be done with it. If you want a railway move somewhere that already has one.
