Comment EI-30117

Received or sent (printed as 8/5/2019)

Dear Board, This railroad would mean so much to the Basin, as far as helping the economy, the movement of goods in and out of the Basin, and jobs. I can see this being a benefit to oil and gas, agriculture, construction industry etc. Many of our young people have to leave the Basin to make a living, and support their families. I have watched other communities where rail has come in and it has been a great benefit to the local economies. Its time to do what would help in the growth of our community and stabilize our local economy. Please strongly give approval of this project. There are those who oppose this project because it crosses their property. I wonder if they look at the greater good this would do for all citizens of this community (Basin). Thanks Curtis Miles
