I disapprove of the expansion of oil extraction in the Unita basin. Including the expansion of transportation of extracted oil by railway, or any other form. I do not approve of the proposed railway for the extraction of a outdated form of energy in fossil fuels that will lead to increased negative environmental consequences for not only the locally effected area, but for the entire state of Utah.
