I am in support of the railway for the Uintah Basin. I attended the meeting held in Roosevelt. There was some opposition, but I observed that it wasn't necessarily opposition of a railroad (no one gave reasons why we shouldn't have one), the opposition was to the railroad crossing or coming close to their land. It is obvious that the rail would be a benefit for our area and our economy.
