I appose this railway due to the fact that it will be crossing many waterways that are vital to the animals and people who need this water to sustain life. There are many natural springs along the preferred route that will be destroyed by this railway. Water is life sustaining for the environment and if it is removed then you have no life left in the environment. Thank you for your time. - Tanya F. Henrie
