It looks like the Craig route is planning on using existing track being used by the Deserado mine's train. There is a 50kv catenary running the distance of this rail, only a few feet over the locamotive. This is used for the electric train that delivers coal to DG&T from the mine.... I dont believe a diesel powered locamotive would be able to run this track for that reason.
