Comment EI-30049

Received or sent (printed as 7/14/2019)

Where do I go to find how the millions of taxpayer dollars are being spent to study this inane railway? Why is a railway needed? Of the nine proposed routes, why would the number one choice be over Indian Canyon? The destruction of natural springs and historical sites along with the steep grade should preclude any rational thoughts of using this route. The number one route should be the one considered if a railroad should be considered at all.
