In general, this project is good for the pollution industry but bad for the environment, the Earth, and ALL its population, animal, or vegetable. We should be searching for ways to improve life in sustainable ways rather than searching for ways to revive a dying industry. This should be the goal of both government and corporate boards. Ill-gotten gains are short lived. Who is going to pay for clean up and restoration when this phase is completed?
