This rail line would be great for the environment and for traffic safety. The oil tanker trucks have clogged up the traffic on highway 40. Because the trucks are so long it is very difficult and dangerous to pass. In addition a train would produce a fraction of the air particulate emissions that the hundreds of trucks produce. In the long run this is a win-win project.
