I have owned this property for 40 years with the intent to use the property for my retirement. I live there three months out of the year. We live in a box canyon that has constant wind coming up the canyon. The rail road will be approximately within 500 yards from our property. The tunnel is proposed to be within a quarter of a mile from us. The diesel engines will defiantly emit toxic fumes up the canyon walls and effect the environment for all humans and animals.
