I am writing in regards to the GLB Railroad, which I adamantly oppose. I do not believe that eminent domain should ever be forced for personal or private gain. Eminent domain should go back to the supreme court. I live very close to the Rock, Sugar and Pecatonica River. All of which I utilize on a weekly basis doing activities such as hiking, kayaking and camping. If any of these areas were jeopardized by dangerous goods contamination it would be a huge asset to lose for this area. I hope you will support the wishes of the local communities and support us in the opposition of a big business installing tracking that will haul oil and other hazardous chemical into an area that has been preserved for years.
