To Whom It May Concern I bought this property 30 years ago to live the american dream, and then all of sudden the GLBRR has decide to kill my american dream. What about our water system and the two ponds and the wetlands on my property and the property's next to mine that have the same wetlands on them. I have box turtles in my pond's which are on the extinction list, what are you going to do about that, kill them. I also have fresh water clams in my ponds and waterways or wetlands , endangered list, also. And what about the 100's of Indian mounds in the county of Winnebago are you going to let them be destroyed. The road crossing to and from school or the emergency Fire and Police department going to and from any emergency out here in the county were the GLBRR will be at.
