The great Lakes Basin Railroad's plan are inconsistent with the public need and use. The proposed rail line and attached toll-road would disrupt millions of lives needlessly. We have plenty of alternative transportation methods available and there is no public need for this proposal, please issue an immediate denial of the recently submitted application.
