Dear Mr. Blodgett, After reviewing the available information about the proposed Great Lakes Basin (GLB) rail project it is my opinion that the proposed GLB project will greatly disrupt my life. The proposed project runs less than 1 tenth of a mile from my house, that I and my family have lived in for 43 years. The majority of my life savings is invested in this house. If the GLB rail project is approved my house would be worthless and the noise, inconvenience, and pollution would make living here untenable. I respectfully request that the STB cease any further action on Docket # FD 35952 Thank you for your consideration, Frank C Ciprys
