We are OPPOSED to the Great Lakes Basin RR being imposed upon our area! Beyond noise pollution, we are afraid of local air and water pollution. We will be evacuated from our home if they have a hazmat accident. Property value will decrease and insurance rates will rise on our property. Banks won't loan us money to improve our property. Area transportation will be dramatically affected by closing local roads, for school buses and emergency vehicles as well as for residents. Please do not allow this railroad to proceed with their shady plans in our area! Thank you, Paul and Fran Yankee
