Dear Mr. Blodgett, Please be aware of the damage the GLBRR will cause to our county and homes in Winnebago county. If the RR come through we will loose vital and precious wetlands that sustain wildlife and plants our rangers of Forest Preserves of Winnebago County work to so hard to protect. As an employee of FPWC I know how hard these good folks work in these areas. Also I am concerned for my own property that is only yards from the proposed railway. I just purchased my home in July to get away from the noise of the city, I hate to think about what that train traffic will do to the foundation my house sits on The vibrations from the trains can cause the concrete in the foundation to crack and break, not to mention lowering the property values of the homes near the rail line. What about the farmlands that will be affected if this railway comes through. Im sure you know all the other problems that are associated with Railway coming through our communities. I thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts and concerns I hope you will help us stop GLBRR from ruining our lives here in Winnebago county. Sincerely, Andy Brohaugh
