This railroad would endanger many square miles of wetlands. There are many spring fed creeks and artesian wells with yards of the proposed route. There is abundant wildlife that depend on these wetlands for their survival. Any jobs created by this project will not be permanent. The risk to all of us as residents will be permanent. We had planned on selling our property as part of retirement funding. Now, our property has become next to worthless so retirement will be impossible unless these plans are cancelled.
