Rail development threatens the Endagered species of the Eastern Massasauga Snake and Agricultural lands that are one of the richest soil deposits in the Midwest. Rail Development threatens the communities, school accommodations and medical availability from rural areas. Though a short amount of time, I have heard from over 10,000 people in the path of GLB transportation; and all individuals are sick over the stress and continued threat to their land and surrounding community. Any effort to stop this development should result in a NO-BUILD result from the STB and to stop the rural discrimination from GREAT LAKES BASIN rail development on the people and lands of the midwest.
