Attention Mr. Blodgett, I am writing to you regarding my concerns to the GLB Railroad. I use to live next to an active railroad and I can tell you something from experience... Railroads are Noisy, Dirty and Dangerous. They also decrease your property value. the railroad I use to live by had a train derail twice causing a huge mess. matter of fact there are still pieces of the train and the wreckage mess laying on the ground to this day. The trains are extremely noisy. People say you get use to the noise" that's B.S. you never get use to the noise.... the railroads are very dangerous especially for families with young curious children not to mention vehicles and tractors and live stock because this is a farming community. we do not want this railroad in our back yard. this rail is just another way for a rich man to make another buck. The rail company doesn't care about our property value nor do they care about our health and well be3ing. let them build this thing in their backyard!!!!! this rail WILL effect our water supply especially if there is ever a derailment. I know its a lot of what ifs, but "What Ifs" happen all the time!!!! As you can tell I am DEFINITLY OPPOSED to the construction of this rail!!!!!! thank you for taking time to here my concerns, Dave."
