Dear Sir: I'm opposed to the Great Lakes Basin Railroad. The reason for this is there already is a railroad less than 1/4 mile from where I live and I do not feel the need to have another so close. The impact this would have on my property would affect generations to come. I'm a 4th generation resident here and 2cd on this property. It will be going to my grandkids. I would greatly appreciate it if you would cease this project for myself and generations to come. The river on our property has gone from when I was a kid to people saying don't eat the fish to now having game fish in it. Though few it still has a long way to go to be cleaned up but I've lived and played on our river for 47 years now and I'd like future generations to see and feel the benefits of a cleaner river. As well as the public land that access it for our hunting privileges. A desire I'm instilling in my children and there children, as well as there children to come. I would appreciate your reconsidering this project and it's cost to our lively hood. Thank You; Mr. Clayton Dammen.
