In regards to, my concern Docket # 35952 4/19/17 I'm speaking on behalf of my family farm, Bates Farms of Rockton, Illinois, a sesquicentennial farm located in Northern Winnebago County. As you may know there has been a lot of controversy in regards to the GLB railroad route passing through many private farms.
