As a citizen of Winnebago County, Illinois, I would like to voice my opposition to the Great Lakes Basin Railroad project under consideration. The areas where the proposed railway would go are some of the most valuable assets in our county, and should not be threatened or negatively impacted as they will be through the construction of this railway.
