We are opposed to the Great Lakes Basin Railroad. Docket FD35952 This will negatively impact a huge number of Winnebago County residents. It should not be possible for a business to take away people's land, destroy natural areas, and greatly affect our safety by closing roads and causing the possibility of damage to the area including drinking water contamination. Would a better alternative be to use existing RR lines by updating them and connecting where necessary? Please do not let this RR be built by a small group of greedy investors. Thankyou for your time.
