Subject: FD-35952 GLB Proposed Railway Ms. Rutson: I own a home and farm land in Winnebago County. The current proposal runs through two of our fields and next to our home. It is very frustrating that GLB did not meet their commitment to submit a response by February 28th. I am asking that you set a definite time limit for the enviromental review process. Dragging this out and keeping home and farm land owners in suspense is not a healthy situation. I read so many statements saying no railroads want to use this railway. Why would you even consider chopping up farms and changing communities in Illinois when this railway is not needed and NOT WANTED. Please set a specified deadline to end this crazy idea. Thank you.
